Meeting of Attica’s Regional Governor Mr. George Patoulis with Dr. Louka Katseli, Director General of EDEM
Dr. Louka Katseli met with Attica’s Regional Governor Mr. George Patoulis to inform him about the beginning of operations of EDEM, the newly founded non-profit Music Works Rightsholders Collective Management Organization (CMO). EDEM, managed Dr. Louka Katseli, has rapidly become “the home” of both established and new music creators.
EDEM aspires to be a modern, dynamic and inclusive Collective Management Organization, which supports and protects its members’ rights and music creation through effective governance, transparency, and accountability.
In their meeting, the two parties exchanged views about the role of music creation in the region’s cultural and economic development and the prospects of expanding their collaboration to the benefit of the region and the country.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Regional Governor Mr. George Dimopoulos and Ms. Anna Svynou, Director of Operations and Development of EDEM.
